SEL is pleased to announce today that senior executives from Amazon Hospitality Group have selected SEL to become a global partner in hospitality, accommodations and travel.
SEL was chosen based on its new Amazon Cloud based software solution, “Pierre AI Mobile Concierge”. SEL’s software team is already an accredited Amazon Technical Partner, having worked on the Alexa AI Echo Screen technology designing various innovative apps for the past four years.
Pierre was designed as a leading digital AI software offering in the global travel, hotel, lodging and condominium markets.
Amazon has already introduced and recommended Pierre to one of their major Amazon Cloud customers, one of the largest hotel brands in the world.
SEL Global has now partnered with an established AI / Chat provider to bring Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Live Chat to our Mobile Hotel Concierge offering, Pierre.
With industry advances in artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, Pierre will now be able to create unique experiences in real time (and at scale) that appeal to the needs and desires of each individual traveler, Before / During / After the hotel guest’s stay.
This new AI powered Hotel Live Chat feature gives hotels the unique ability to have a very meaningful conversation with their guests throughout their lifecycle. Additionally gathering valuable data sets on their customers to increase the guest experience.
Future market expansion is now set for the condominium vertical as well.

SEL Global and Kite Mobility have formed a partnership to now offer Kite’s eBikes, eScooters and eCars with specialized offers to Pierre, SEL’s Mobile Concierge app for hotels and their guests.

Kite is a Canadian company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario with global suppliers/partners and operates in the etransport business providing partners access to electric scooters, bikes and vehicles.
